Raw Christmas Cakes

A moist, spicy and classic fruity mini cake. Makes 20 small cakes in under half an hour.

Wet mix:

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup raisins soaked in ½ cup water
  • 2 red apples
  • 1 drop Young Living Christmas Spirit essential oil or ¼ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp nutmeg and pinch of clove (more or less to taste)

Dry mix:

  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup macadamias
  • 1 cup brazil nuts
  • ¼ tsp to ½ tsp salt


a) Wet mix – Blend all ingredients into a paste
b) Dry mix – Grind all ingredients into flour to make dry mix
c) Combine wet mix with dry mix for a malleable dough. If too dry add a little water or orange juice to pull mix together
d) Form into cakes with hands
e) Refrigerate (lasts for a few days) or dehydrate (lasts a little longer)

Decorate as you choose. Picture shows goji berries and pumpkin seeds on top
