Horny Balls (Yum!)

Horny Balls

This recipe is from the Ten Raw Recipes in Ten Minutes eBook which you can download free here.

Chocolatey and sweet with a hint of peppermint.

Mixture:

  • 1 cup almond meal (raw)
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup sultanas or raisins
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 1 cup coconut (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 5 figs
  • either 1 tbsp coconut oil or 1 tbsp honey to moisten
  • 2 tbsps cacao powder
  • (optional) 5 drops of young living essential oil peppermint

a) Food process until mix holds together, adding water if needed (a little at a time)
b) Roll into balls
c) (optional) roll in cacao powder
d) Serve. These last for months in the freezer!

Tough item this tracking apps on your device tight simply in that it is supposed to act no problems and errors but it does not happen and you keep to serve improve our application.

    Hi Liz I had the great pleasure of attending your workshop at the natural menopause day last weekend and I came home so inspired again, that we have had all the recipes you showed us! Thank you so much. Just a quick question – as I am gaining a bit of weight and fluid ( thanks menopause!) are the recipes high in fat and calories? I am just wondering about the amount of cashews I am consuming? I love love love the food but am worried about the calories! Many thanks again. You are a truly inspirational presenter.
