- 1 cup raw cashews
- A good pinch of salt
- ¼ cup goji berries
- ½ cup agave
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1¼ cup agave
- Orange zest from 1 orange or 1 drop Young Living Orange essential oil
- 1tsp Mesquite or Lacuma powder
- 2tbl cacao butter, chopped
a) Blend cashews & salt in food processor until fine.
b) Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until sticky.
c) Roll into balls. Coat in shredded coconut and chill in fridge.
