Shipping & Refund Policy
All orders are currently shipped from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
Love’s Kitchen strives to have your item posted within three days of the order being placed. The item can’t be shipped until the funds have cleared though, so bank deposits might take few more days depending on how soon you make the deposit.
Love’s Kitchen uses Australia Post or Fastway Couriers to deliver orders to our customers throughout Australia, which means you can use a post office box if you have one.
Any orders over $100 sent using Australia Post have tracking, so may require a signature on delivery. If you’re not home when it gets there, your parcel will be sent to your local Post Office and a card will be left for you telling you where you can pick it up.
When sent using Fastway Couriers all items have tracking. If you’re not at home a calling card will be left for you so that you can call your driver or depot to arrange a suitable time. Fastway Couriers are very fast in most states, but if you’re in the Northern Territory your order has to jump between quite a few depots before it gets to you, so your delivery time can slow down a lot more than other states.

Delivery times vary greatly but here’s what you can generally expect:
Standard Postage (Free)
- NSW and QLD Metropolitan customers: Allow 1-3 business days delivery from time of dispatch
- VIC, SA and ACT Metropolitan customers: Allow 1-5 business days delivery from time of dispatch
- WA and NT Metropolitan customers: Allow 7-10 business days delivery from time of dispatch
- TAS Metropolitan customers: Allow 3-7 business days delivery from time of dispatch
- For deliveries to Remote areas, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland delivery can take up to 10 Business Days.
Express Postage ($29)
Express postage is not available for those with PO Box addresses.

- Sydney: 1-2 Business Days
- Regional NSW: 1-3 Business Days (Selected Areas Only)

- Regional SA: 2-3 Business Days (Selected Areas Only)
- Brisbane: 2-3 Business Days
- Regional QLD: 3-5 Business Days (Selected Areas Only)
- Northern Territory: 3-5 Business Days (Darwin Only)
- Perth: 3-5 Business Days
- Regional WA: 4-7 Business Days (Selected Areas Only)
Please note these are estimates and are generally what you can expect, but are but not set minimum or maximum timeframes.
Also note that Sedona Dehydrators are much more expensive to ship via Express, but still free via Standard.
All items are subject to availability, so if you have paid for an item that is currently out of stock you will be contacted via phone or email so you can choose what to decide:
1) Substitution of another item of equal value
2) Waiting for new stock for your order to be shipped
3) Removal of the out of stock item from your order and recalculation of the total cost of the order
4) Sending your order in two parts – extra postage charges will apply.
An email will notify you every time the status of your order changes. That means you’ll be notified when your payment is successful, when your product is pending, when your order is completed, when your item is shipped and when a note is attached to your order. If you do not receive any of these please contact us and we will let you know the order status.

If within 30 days you are not satisfied with your product or if it is not in full working order on arrival, return it in original condition and you will be issued a refund. Just contact me to arrange return of a product.
